We ship within Canada only. We do not currently ship internationally or to the United States. All orders ship from British Columbia.
Shipping Rates
Exact shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During busy periods this may extend to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
Delivery Times
- British Columbia: 2-5 business days after shipping
- Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba: 4-7 business days
- Ontario, Quebec: 5-10 business days
- Atlantic provinces and territories: 7-14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Canada Post service disruptions or weather events may cause delays.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us.
Product Storage During Transit
Tallow is shelf-stable and tolerates temperature variation well. In extreme cold, the product may firm up. This is normal and it will return to its usual consistency at room temperature. In extreme heat, it may soften. Neither affects the quality or safety of the product.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, contact us at care@tricityco.com and we will resolve it. See our return policy for details on damaged products.
