If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund. No conditions. No restocking fees. We would rather you get your money back than keep a product that does not work for you.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at care@tricityco.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
- Once we receive the returned product (or confirm the return), we will process your refund.
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time is typically 5-10 business days after we confirm the return.
- Original shipping costs are refunded if the return is due to a product defect or our error.
Conditions
- Products may be opened and partially used. We understand you need to try it.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a quality issue, contact us immediately. We will replace the product or issue a full refund including shipping costs. Please include a photo of the damage if possible.
